Design Phase

The requirements developed in the definition phase can be used to take design choices. During the design phase, one or more projects are developed, and the final project can apparently be achieved.

• Design phase
• Contact the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering consultant as well as the fire alarm/hydrant system consultant, if applicable, to advise on MEP requirements
• Engage LL structural engineer consultant to advise client/ feasibility and requirements
• Review the furniture layout based on the evacuation system
• Advise the client on a possible waste disposal regulations
• Issue of final "as built" drawings in PDF and Autocad format (after shop opening)
