Interface/coordinate with the LL to identify the exact limit of the Tenant VS LL’s scope of work to avoid doubling up of work.
Prepare the “Project Specifications” based on the Client’s Local Boutique Design.
Everything is possible, but it is important to know how to realize a specific design solution. Therefore, detailed development is extremely important. As we do have more than ten years of experience, we also provide technical manuals and guideline, that help the client not only on a specific construction site in Germany but also on the other markets in which they are involved.
